Lucy Chen

Ms. Lucy has a master’s degree in Education. She has been working in the educational field since 1992. She truly enjoys her work and implements creativity at YouCan Center. She encourages the independence and creativity that students can carry throughout their academic careers. She believes that students at a young age can be molded with the proper care and guidance. She implements the nurturing component as much as possible. Her dedication in her work always shows!
Harry Wang
Assistant Director & Group Leader
Mr. Harry is a computer technology specialist and a teacher at YouCan Center since 2017. He believes classroom technology adoption is essential to both engaging students and preparing them for the future.
Joan Digby
Supervisor
Dr. Digby was a professor of English and Honors College Director. She earned her B. A. and Ph.D. from New York University and is the winner of several awards for teaching, including the Founders Award from the National Collegiate Honors Council. She is the author of many books and her poetry has been translated into several languages, including Chinese.
Lorie Zhou
Art School Manager & Lead Teacher
Ms. Lorie started art classes since she was 4 years old. She was in the School of Art Program at Sichuan Fine Arts Institute, meanwhile she was working part time at Art Schools. After she immigrated to New York, she began working with young kids again. Her art talent and experience are both impressive and inspiring to all her students.
Nelina Campbell

Ms. Campbell is one of our most popular teachers. She is licensed and currently works at PS 225. She has been working at YouCan Center since September 2017. Currently, she specializes in ELA and English composition.
Nikki Yu

Ms. Nikki graduated in 2022 with a BFA in Illustration from the School of Visual Arts. She has been working in Art schools since she graduated from college. Her talent for visual arts is what made her career successful at YouCan Center Art School.
